Timmins Construction was built on a deep respect for craftsmanship and a drive to create homes that feel as good as they look. With over 20 years of experience as a Red Seal carpenter, Noah Timmins has shaped homes and renovations across British Columbia, from the rugged north in Kitimat to the coastal beauty of Bowen Island.
In 2019, Noah and his wife Ella put down roots in the Comox Valley, restoring a humble A-frame cabin on Forbidden Plateau into a striking modern retreat. As always, Noah led the transformation hands-on — turning vision into reality with skill, grit, and an uncompromising eye for detail.
But builders are rarely meant to stay still.
A year ago, the Timmins family chose Salt Spring Island as their next chapter — intentionally moving to be closer to family and to build a life rooted in connection as much as craftsmanship. The island’s natural beauty and strong sense of community made the decision feel like the right one.
Now proudly based on Salt Spring Island, Timmins Construction is focused on designing and building custom and spec homes that reflect the character of the island — thoughtful, refined, and built to last.
